Description
- S9: A destitute local drunkard and fisherman from Vallaki. He was found in the middle of Lake Zarovich in a trance-like state, dumping a mysterious burlap sack into the water. He claimed the bag contained only worms and dirt for bait, but his terror at its apparent return contradicted his story. He fled from the party upon reaching shore. The innkeeper confirmed he lives in town and trades fish for wine.
