Description
- S1: The author of a crumpled letter found on a dead courier in the Barovian woods. The letter pleads for holy men to encircle the land with symbols of good and contain the ‘devil’ within, urging outsiders to save the world from Barovia’s evil fate.
- S4: The deceased Burgomaster of Barovia whose body lay on the floor of the family mansion, awaiting a proper burial. He had written the letter that drew the party to Barovia, pleading for help against the vampire’s centuries-long reign of terror.
